Contact centres, diallers and AI voice platforms run on VoiceTele
One account, the whole voice stack
Trunks, numbers, termination and dialler routes under one balance, one invoice and one API key.
SIP trunking
Elastic channels on regional gateways, IP or registration auth, automatic failover between PoPs, and the codecs your PBX already speaks. Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Kamailio, copy the config, done.

DID numbers
Local, mobile and toll-free in 83 countries. Instant where the regulator allows, guided KYC where it doesn't.
A-Z termination
Every destination on the planet, with Standard and Premium route classes you choose per trunk.
Dialler routes
High call-attempt ratios without throttling, and local presentation that lifts pickup rates.
AI voice
Bring your own carrier to ElevenLabs, Vapi, LiveKit or Retell, or dial straight from your own agent over SIP.
Learn more βPortal or API: pick whichever suits your afternoon
The portal does everything the API does. Nothing is locked behind a sales conversation.
Create an account
Email and password. No company documents, no contract, no waiting on a credit check to place your first call.
Top up and buy a number
Card, wire or crypto. Pick a country and city, see the monthly rate, and the number is live on your account immediately.
Point your PBX at us
Copy the SIP host, username and password into Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX or whatever you run. Calls start flowing.
Everything is one REST call away
Provision trunks, buy and release numbers, launch call campaigns, pull CDRs, check your balance and look up rates, all under one token. Webhooks push call events to you in real time.
- Official SDKs for Python, Node, PHP and Go
- Ready modules for Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX and Kamailio
- Sandbox credentials that behave like production
- Webhooks for call start, answer, hangup and recording ready

No contract needed to begin
Every feature in the portal and every endpoint in the API is available the moment you register. Pay as you go, top up when you like, stop whenever you want.
If you need to buy as a company (wire transfer from a business account, monthly invoices, a signed MSA, a negotiated rate deck), request it from inside the portal. Enterprise terms are an upgrade, not a gate.
Any way to pay
Card, SEPA and SWIFT wire, PayPal, USDT. Card and crypto credit within a minute; wires typically inside a business day.
Clean accounting
Monthly invoices, per-call CDR exports and VAT-compliant documents your finance team can file without asking you questions.
No lock-in
Numbers you buy are yours to port out. No termination fees, no minimum commitment on pay-as-you-go.
Spend controls
Per-trunk limits, destination allow-lists and balance alerts so a misconfigured dialler can't cost you a weekend.
We don't rent the network. We run it.
VoiceTele runs its own autonomous system, buys IP transit directly from Tier 1 carriers and owns the hardware in every point of presence. Fewer hops between your application and the local phone network.
Customers say the boring parts finally got boring
Which, in telecom, is the highest compliment there is.
We moved 400 concurrent channels over a weekend. ASR went up four points on the same dial list and nobody had to sit through a procurement cycle.
The API is the clearest I've used. Numbers, trunks, CDRs, balance, all in one place, all documented, and the sandbox actually behaves like production.
We needed a SIP trunk our agent platform could dial through without a middleman. Set up in an afternoon, and latency on the EU gateway is low.
Porting 62 German numbers was fully electronic. I expected three months of paperwork and got a status bar instead.
Rates are competitive without the usual bait-and-switch on quality. One route degraded last spring; support had us moved before our own monitoring alerted.
Support answers in seconds, at 3am, and they answer as engineers. That alone was worth switching for.
In-country termination in Switzerland with real local presentation. Our answer rates on domestic campaigns roughly doubled.
Top up by card at midnight, keep dialling at 00:01. That sounds trivial until you've waited two business days for a wire to clear somewhere else.
Their engineers gave us actual SIP traces instead of a ticket number. Root cause was on our side and they still helped us fix it.
Inbound numbers, outbound termination and our dialler through one account. One balance, one invoice, one set of credentials.
They publish their PoPs and their ASN. You can verify the network claims yourself, which is not something most resellers survive.
Started on a $20 top-up to test one campaign. Two years later we run every client through the same portal.
Answers in about forty seconds, at any hour
Our support is staffed by voice engineers, not a script. Ask for a SIP trace and you get a SIP trace. Ask why ASR dropped on a specific prefix and someone will actually go and look.
- Live chat 24 / 7 / 365, including the holidays you're working through
- Named solutions engineer once you're past $2k a month
- Emergency escalation path to the NOC for production incidents
- Route change notifications before they affect your traffic
Startups & small teams
One number, one trunk, $10 of credit. Launch this afternoon with no contract and no onboarding call.

Multiple trunks per region, sub-accounts for your own customers, volume rates and monthly invoicing.
Carriers & enterprises
Negotiated rate decks, dedicated capacity, custom LCR policies and interconnect at your meet-me room.
AI voice builders
SIP in and out of your agent stack with sub-100 ms media paths in the EU and US.
Questions people ask before signing up
How quickly can I actually make a call?
Register, top up, and copy your SIP credentials into your PBX, most customers place a test call within five to ten minutes. Numbers in unregulated countries activate instantly; regulated ones need an address document and typically clear the same day.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Pay-as-you-go accounts have no contract, no minimum spend and no termination fee. A signed MSA is available if your procurement team needs one, and you can request it from inside the portal.
Can I keep my existing numbers?
Yes. Porting is fully electronic in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain, and manual but supported elsewhere. Start a port from the Numbers screen in the portal.
What happens if a route degrades?
Trunks can fail over between PoPs automatically. Our NOC monitors ASR and ACD per route and reroutes before most customers notice; you'll see a notification in the portal when we do.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts get $10 of credit to test with, enough for a few hundred minutes on most destinations, or a month on a test number. No card required to claim it.
Can I resell this to my own customers?
Yes. Sub-accounts let you provision trunks and numbers under your own brand with separate balances and CDRs, and the API exposes all of it.
